What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
At Tauchic, we offer Free shipping throughout Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland, the United Kingdom, and the United States, regardless of order total.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from our fulfillment center. The average delivery time is 4–7 business days after shipment, depending on your address and our supplier’s capacity.
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so you can track your package. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly by email.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking link. You can use this link to track the package’s current status until it is delivered.

Change / Cancel Order
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes—you can cancel or change your order within 5 minutes of payment. After this time, the order is automatically processed by our system, and we can no longer stop it from being shipped.
If the order is already on its way, you can return the item after receiving it (see the section on returns below).

Returns
How does the return process work?
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Within this period, you may return your purchase without giving a reason, provided that the product:

is in its original, undamaged condition,

is unused, and

is in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at info@tauchic.dk Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is damaged, defective, or was delivered incorrectly.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount within 7 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase. We recommend sending returns via a tracked shipping service.

Incorrect or damaged item
What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@tauchic.dk and include:

photos of the product (including any damage), and

a photo of the shipping label
We will review your request within one business day and typically offer an exchange or a refund.
